Employment
Our lawyers with expertise in employment fields provide legal advice in connection with formulating employment contracts and severance contracts, handling individual resignations, workforce reductions, transfers of operations and pension issues. Furthermore, the department has competence in collective labour law and protection of privacy legislation. The department mainly advises employers in the private and public sectors, but also advises employees on an individual basis.
