Infrastructure and Public-private partnership
Our lawyers with special competence and knowledge of the infrastructure and Public-private partnership fields provide legal advice in connection with the establishment of enterprises and shareholder agreements, financing, and issues relating to public law as well as advice on risk allocation in construction, operating and maintenance contracts with durations up to 25 years.
