Our lawyers with expertise in the Infocom field provide legal advice in connection with telecommunication, e-business and broadcasting. We assist clients by advising on access to e-com networks, the allocation of limited resources (frequencies, numbers), the special regulation of e-business and on other regulatory matters. Furthermore, we provide assistance in transactions, contract negotiations and disputes between private parties. The department is very conversant with the e-com sector and has a great deal of experience in regulatory issues. The department has experience from the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority and Telenor.
