Every quarter MergerMarket and Financial Times publishes a global overview of legal services operating within the area of M&A/Transactions. The past two years, Schjødt has carried out more transactions than any other Norwegian Law Offices.
The report from the third quarter of 2011 shows a continued
trend and Schjødt is continually topping the transaction lists.
This year Schjødt was the only Norwegian Law firm nominated for
the «M&A Legal Adviser for Nordic
Countries» for 2011.
