Schjødt's team of specialist intellectual property (IP) lawyers provide legal advice to Nordic and international companies on matters relating to IP issues such as patent and trademark law, copyright law, entertainment law and market regulations.
As part of our practice, we assist our clients on a regular basis with issues related to protection of technology and technical/operational know-how, goodwill, business concepts, and negotiations and drafting of licensing agreements. Further, our IP-department has built up considerable competence relating to agreements on the commercialization of research.
