Andreas joined Schjødt's Energy, Offshore, Shipping and Infrastructure department (EOSI) in 2013. He specialises in dispute resolution and court cases, often connected to the oil and gas industry. He frequently represents energy companies, oilfield service companies, shipowners and yards. He has broad experience with complex court cases for both ordinary courts and arbitrations, and with shipping related transactions, such as sale-and-leasebacks.
He has also worked as Legal Counsel in a leading service company within the oil, gas and renewable energy sectors.
Andreas holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Tromsø, where he specialised in corporate law and labor law. Prior to joining Schjødt, he was assigned Schjødt's scholarship for his master thesis. He was also engaged as a trainee at several law firms during his studies.
He is also engaged as an external examiner for the University in Bergen.
