Anette is part of Schjødt’s Oil, Energy & Shipping department, where she primarily provides counselling on contractual and regulatory matters to E&P companies on the Norwegian continental shelf. Anette also provides legal advice to Norwegian and international corporations on all aspects of labour issues, such as employment agreements, transfer of undertakings and contracted labour.
Anette has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen, specialising in employment law, competition law and tax law. She was assigned the Norwegian Law Federation´s master´s degree scholarship for her master thesis “Camera surveillance at work places. Regulation that adequately protect employees right to privacy?”.
Before joining Schjødt, Anette worked as a Legal Counsel at SKAGEN Funds in Stavanger. She worked with securities fund legislation, compliance, labour law, corporate law, anti-money laundering, and implementation of GDPR. She has good experience with processing personal data on employees and customers.
