Christine is a senior lawyer in Schjødt's Tax team, and she is also part of our Mergers & Acquisitions team. Christine works mainly with company law and tax law, with particular focus on corporate taxation, personal taxation and international taxation. She assists clients with ongoing advice within tax and company law, including issues related to the establishment and optimization of corporate structures, reorganizations and generational changes, as well as assistance in relation to complaints and lawsuits lodged against the tax authorities. Christine also has broad experience with issues relating to inheritance and division of inheritance/estate.
Christine holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Oslo, with tax law and company law as specialist fields. Prior to joining Schjødt, she worked as a lawyer in Wiersholm and two years as a deputy judge at Nordmøre District Court.
