Eva has worked with privacy since the 90's, and is considered one of the leading lawyers in Norway within privacy, and especially GDPR. She works with new technologies such as beacons, artificial intelligence, GPS-tracking and other positioning technology and cloud services related to GDPR. She is probably one of the most experienced lawyers in the field, and advises several companies, both on the understanding of metadata and on general compliance documentation connected to privacy.
She works with large public and private clients on the most complex privacy projects in Norway. Many of these are trade standars and "best practice" in Norway. The new EU regulations require companies to treat IT service providers and users differently in the future. This is one of Eva's special fields where she holds considerable experience with management of large and complex privacy projects with several parties involved.
