Hsu Mei acts for and advises global companies in the oil field sector on dispute resolution and contractual matters, with a focus on shipbuilding, EPC and offshore drilling issues.

Hsu Mei acts on behalf of global rig owners, shipyards and offshore contractors in large complex disputes before the English High Court and in international arbitrations, with a focus on shipbuilding, EPC and drilling contractual matters. In addition, she advises clients in mediations and other ADR processes Her legal experience also includes advising on shipbuilding and drilling contracts as well as insurance policy wordings.

Prior to qualifying as an English solicitor, Hsu Mei held various positions at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, and was involved in the formulation of international maritime regulations and conventions as a member of the national delegation.

Hsu Mei speaks Mandarin as a second language.
