Jeppe is a partner in our Industry group. He is specialized in regulation, contracts and transactions in the TMT sector. Jeppe gives advice to corporate and entrepreneur clients within e-commerce, new technology, data protection, ecom, digital media, technology transfers and licensing. He has comprehensive experience from contract negotiations and industrial investments. Jeppe has worked as legal advisor/acting head of section in the Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom) focusing on mobile, satellite and broadcasting markets. He has a particular focus on data privacy issues and GDPR matters, and regularly holds lectures on GDPR. He also has many years of experience in commodity trade, franchise and chain concepts.

Jeppe is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen, including studies at the University of Sydney, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from King's College London.

He is ranked among top 10 lawyers in Norway within "Commodity trade" (Finansavisens advokatundersøkelse 2018)
