Jon works in our litigation group and specialises in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Jon holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen. His master's thesis is about piercing the corporate veil in limited liability companies in Norway and in France. During his master degree in Bergen, Jon undertook judicial courses in Aix-en-Provence autumn 2009 as exchange student. After finishing his law degree in Bergen, Jon attended a 2-year master program in Finance and Strategy at Sciences Po Paris, where he specialised within International Project Finance. At the side, he attended courses at a LL.M. program at Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II. Furthermore, Jon holds an LL.M. degree in International Business Law from London School of Economics. In addition to his studies, Jon has been an intern with several law firms in Norway. He also interned at DNB bank in the summer of 2011 and Telenor in the summer of 2013. Moreover, Jon has been employed by the Faculty of Law in Bergen as an academic tutor and research assistant, and as a research assistant at London School of Economics to assist on a company law project initiated by the European Commission. Further, after graduating at University of Bergen, he has been assigned as examiner.
