Kaare has been a partner in Schjødt since 2002. He specializes in regulatory, contract and transactional work, with a particular focus on trade and Industry and TMT markets.

He is a graduate of Davidson College, North Carolina where he majored in economics. He spent the first two years in college at the University of the South Sewanee, Tennessee, where he concentrated on Pre-Med. He also holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo, including foreign studies at Universität zu Kiel. Prior to joining Schjødt, he spent 5 years with a law firm in Oslo, 3 years with the legal department of Telenor and 2 years with Technology Law Partners, a firm he co-founded in 2000. Kaare holds extensive experience representing and advising clients on regulatory and contract matters, intellectual property rights, and transactions within the

IT/E-commerce and TMT sectors. He was the Managing Partner of Schjødt from 2006 to 2008.
