Marianne Lind Sahl
Partner, Oslo Download CV Download vCardMarianne is part of the capital markets group and specializes in capital markets transactions, securities law and M&A, with a particular focus on public and international cross-border transactions. She is experienced in IPOs and other capital market transactions within various sectors ranging from shipping, seafood, E&P, technology, finance and real estate, and has advised in a number of the larger capital market transactions in the Norwegian market in recent years.
Marianne joined Schjødt as a partner in January 2022, and was prior to that a partner with Arntzen de Besche law firm for five years. She also worked as a lawyer in Wikborg Rein for nine years, including three years in Singapore. In addition, Marianne has experience from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
