Marie Nesvik

Marie works with litigation and dispute resolution, as well as contract and employment law, primarily for industrial clients with a multi-jurisdictional business. She frequently represents clients in cross-border litigation, and has experience from a number of sectors.

Marie holds a PhD in private international law, and has several publications within this field of law. She also teaches at the University of Oslo and heads the Norwegian Association of Lawyer’s specialist committee on civil proceedings and arbitration.
