Mikael Dubois is a senior associate in Schjødt’s EU & Competition and Public Procurement practice. He has practised public procurement law for more than ten years, initially for two years at an administrative court and since 2009 at Hamilton, now Schjødt.
As member of the Swedish Bar Association, Mikael represents suppliers and the public sector in all types of procurement matters and has advised in a large number of court cases regarding public procurement. He has also advised clients on EU and competition law matters, including merger control, abuse of dominant position and state aid. Mikael is ranked within public procurement in Sweden by Chambers and Partners since 2012.
