Ole Christian primarily works with building, construction and infrastructure. From his previous positions in Veidekke's legal department and Kluge, he has extensive experience in litigation, dispute resolution, contract drafting and project consulting in these areas. He also has experience with building regulations, public law, environmental law, public procurement and compliance work.
Ole Christian is cand.jur from the University of Bergen in 1999, and has previously worked in the construction department of Kluge Advokatfirma AS, as deputy judge at Lofoten District Court and the Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice. He has also been secretary of the Maritime Law Commission during the work with NOU 2002: 15 Responsibility for clean-up measures at maritime accidents and NOU 2004: 21 Liability at maritime transport of hazardous goods.
Ole Christian is network manager for the JUC network in construction law, and he regularly holds seminars and lectures. He is ranked by Legal 500 and is described by clients as "skilled, experienced and knowledgeable" within his fields of expertise.
