Thomas Nordby


Thomas works primarily with dispute resolution whithin a wide range of civil cases before the courts, including the Supreme Court, arbitration, negotiations and mediation. He is specialized within competition law, public procurement, energy law and holds wide experience with public regulations. He was Managing Partner in one of the largest law firms in Norway for four years and is an experienced negotiator and team leader.

Thomas has experience from the Norwegian Attorney General and is admitted to the Supreme Court. He has also litigated several cases before the EU- and EFTA court.

Thomas is a member of IBA Litigation Committee and is engaged in international dispute resolution. He is also a board member of The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce (OCC). Thomas is also leading the Commercial Arbitration JUC network and is a member of The Danish Arbitration Association.

Thomas works with compliance and scrutiny within his fields of expertise.
